really good bali experience
refreshing drink huge villa private pool
The balinese style impressed me. i was welcomed with a refreshing drink. my villa was huge. the decent size private pool was very enjoyable. i loved the included breakfasts at the restaurant. The fruit salad was the best. we got many options each day.
the outdoor seating area is minimal. it is not particularly comfortable.

I found the resort pool and gardens beautiful. The staff was friendly, and even delivered some clothing I had left behind to my new accommodation. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and the hotel was conveniently located near the beach (it's just a quick walk!).
My shower was over the spa bath, and I could see this being difficult with mobility issues.

The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating (they were particularly helpful with arranging transportation). They addressed requests quickly and seemed genuinely interested in. Service was always delivered with a smile.

This place is a very quiet haven. The lush gardens are a dream to wander through. The main pool area is so inviting. The location offers a short walk to the beach boardwalk.
The bath had a shower over it. Getting in and out was a mission.

The villa itself had lovely traditional Balinese style decor. The private pool was quite large, and the water was warm, a perfect hideaway. The hotel maintains beautifully clean rooms with very comfortable beds and big soft pillows.

a lackluster stay
leaky showerhead stale fruit
The bathroom really needed some tlc. the showerhead was leaky, and a few tiles were missing. also, the breakfast selection felt quite limited. It lacked variety . i hoped for fresher options, but the fruit seemed a bit stale on multiple mornings, and the bread selection was uninspired.

dirty floors faulty power
i stayed in a bougainville suite and found some issues. the hygiene was disappointing, as the floors were dusty when i arrived. i also noticed multiple power points that didn't work properly.
